I have it and use it.  I wrote and posted a review, now at
http://archimedes.nosc.mil/gnt/swanson-review.txt ,
and I have started an errata list at
http://archimedes.nosc.mil/gnt/swanson-errata.txt .

I recently talked to Swanson, and he said that he is well into
the book of Acts, hoping to finish before the November SBL meeting.
This should progress expeditiously, now that he has the editing
process polished and is no longer experimenting with different formats.
